If the recipient is not at home, the flowers will be returned to the shop or left with a neighbour. A card will be left in either case and the flowers may be re-delivered or collected from our shop at a more convenient time. If in the unlikely event that a particular flower variety is unavailable for any reason a suitable alternative to the same value will be used.
